Our webshop is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

Purchases

To purchase products, you'll need to provide information like your credit card details, billing address, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that this information is accurate and that you have the legal right to use your chosen payment method.

By submitting your information, you authorise us to provide the information to third parties for the purpose of facilitating the completion of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or descriptions, errors in your order or suspected fraud.

This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, data, or other intangible losses.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to English and Welsh law. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved under this legal framework.

Returns

Made-to-Order Products and Returns

All our products are made to order specifically for you. Therefore, they are not subject to returns unless they arrive damaged or not as described. Please note that due to monitor settings, colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. This variation is not considered a defect.

We are committed to resolving any issues you may have with your order promptly and fairly. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Damaged or Not as Described Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not match our description, please contact us as soon as possible and within 14 days of receipt at help@inandbetween.co.uk. It's important to include your order number and photos of the item and packaging in your email.

We may request that you return the damaged/not as described item for inspection. We will cover the cost of return shipping when requested by us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging. Please do not return any orders unless we have requested it, as we may not be able to process your return.  

Replacements and Refunds

Once we have confirmed that your print is damaged or not as described, we will offer you a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference. For refunds, we will credit your original payment method for the full purchase price and any original shipping fees.

Return Processing Time

Please allow 7 days for us to process your return once we receive it. We will notify you by email with confirmation of your replacement or refund.

Shipping

We currently ship within the UK and US (and within the EU from our Etsy shop www.etsy.com/shop/inandbetween). We partner with a state-of-the-art print provider that operates print studios in these regions. All orders are shipped directly from these local studios to you. This ensures consistent, high-quality printing and faster delivery times with a lower carbon footprint.

We offer express, home delivery and all orders have track and trace. A separate email with tracking information will be sent to you from the courier when your order has been dispatched. 

Estimated total delivery time is 2-5 weekdays. Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons like Black Friday, Christmas, or other holidays.

Shipping Costs - Flat rate and FREE shipping

Shipping costs will be shown upon checkout. We offer a flat rate shipping fee and FREE shipping for orders as follows:

 

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are valid for 2 years.

Colours

Due to monitor settings, colours may vary slightly from the colours you see on screen, which is not considered a defect.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to fulfil your order. This includes sharing your shipping information with our delivery partners and your payment information with our payment processors.
